P6 FOR PATRICK AT 'DMV 4-STUNDEN RENNEN' AT NORDSCHLEIFE!
NURBURG, APRIL 15 2012 – In preparation for next month’s 24 hour race at the Nürburgring , Patrick Huisman returned to the Nordschleife last weekend to got back behind the steering wheel of the Frikandelli Porsche GT3 R. Together with team mates Sabine Schmitz, Klaus Abbelen and Chris Brück , Huisman ended the second VLN race of the season in sixth position.Due to the bad weather circumstances, race organisers had to end the race prematurely after three-and-a-half hour, as it caused dangerous circumstances on the ultrafast and tricky track in the German Eifel region.
PATRICK HUISMAN: "After our test last month, it was good to be back with the team in order to get prepared for the 24h race in a couple of weeks time. Even though the weather circumstances didn’t make life easy, we can be satisfied with this result!”
